When first operating the machine, users may notice some smoke and smell. We suggest operating it in a well-ventilated place, as the smoke will disappear after several uses. The smell is caused by the reaction of high temperature on the ink of the transfer paper.

The machine can handle high-volume business, but the maximum working time should not exceed 3 hours. To prepare for tumbler sublimation, users will need a printer with sublimation ink, heat transfer paper, and sublimation tumblers. Print the desired patterns on the heat transfer paper, and the tumbler heat press can then transfer the patterns onto the tumblers.

If the edge of the transferred mugs/tumblers pattern appears fuzzy, users should increase the pressure appropriately, increase the time and temperature, and ensure the cup is centered in the heating element.

The machine maintains the set temperature through small fluctuations, which will not influence the results. However, if there is a large fluctuation, please reach out for a replacement machine or a new heating attachment.

The tumbler sublimation machine allows for the creation of personalized gifts, such as cups featuring loved ones, friends, or any desired design. The roller heat press can completely cover the surface of mugs ranging from 11oz to 30oz, with a cup diameter of 2.5-3.4 inches and a maximum cup height of 10.6 inches. Users can even print 2 straight 11-15 oz mugs or cups at the same time.

The machine supports a precise temperature setting of 0-482°F and a countdown timer of 0-999 seconds. It takes just 1 minute to transfer straight, water bottles, or cooler jars, 3 minutes to complete 2 mugs or ceramic mugs (2 cups at a time), and 4 minutes to glass. If the drum is fully wrapped, it is recommended to rotate it 180° and heat press again for an additional 1 minute.

The 900W heating element, made of upgraded heat-conducting silicone pad, heat-conducting fiber, and iron, heats up quickly and ensures even heating, achieving the desired transfer effect easily. The upgraded heating element also reduces unpleasant odors, providing a more comfortable creative experience.

Additionally, the machine features a built-in fuse for safe operation and a longer service life, reducing the possibility of abnormal temperature changes for safe use. Users can adjust the pressure and diameter by turning the pressure knob.
